Fern is one of our favorites. She has a level topline and rump, correct front end, and she has very nice general appearance. Her long teats make it easy to hand milk her, and she has a high, wide, rear arch on her beautiful and productive mammary system. Fern consistently does well at shows, almost always placing in the top five of competitive classes. This year (2023), Fern won Reserve Champion with over 100 senior does in competition at Udder Spectacular, as well as placing 1st and 4th in the other two rings. Fern also won her first leg and Best of Breed this year at the NEWDGA show in Davenport.
Fern kids with ease, and every kid she has given us has been healthy and beautiful.
Fern’s littermate sister, GCH Highland Ranch AD Rein E Day EEVE89 earned her finished champion status as a 2 year old FF.
Not only does she have beautiful conformational traits, she also has the sweetest personality. Loving and patient, Fern is one of the most gentle does we’ve ever had.
